File #37-21, 6940 Milestrip Road, Alliance Homes is proposing “Belle Creek Subdivision” a 23-Lot Single-Family Subdivision, located on the north side of Milestrip Road, west of Baker Road, across from the Town Compost Center, Zoned R-2 and R-3. (SBL# 153.17-1-8). Planning Board is continuing a required Public Hearing adjourned on 2/13/25 to review submitted Preliminary Plat Plans.

REGULAR BUSINESS:

 P.B. File #07-08 (#50-07), Forest Creek Part 2B, Vacant Land located off of Norwood Lane, Zoned R-1. Planning Board to seek Lead Agency Status.

  1. B. File #5-25, 3201-3227 Southwestern Bld., located in the Tops Plaza parking lot, Zoned B-2. TNT Fireworks is seeking permission for an “Outside Display” for a tent sale to operate from June 20, 2025 through July 5, 2025, to sell fireworks. (SBL # 152.16-7-1.11)
