*** 1.      C.E. File# 30, 7380 Milestrip Road, Russell Bieler is requesting 7.8-acres be placed into a perpetual Conservation Easement. Conservation Board to make recommendation to Town Board. Feedback from the Conservation Board of 11/7/24 was provided to the applicant.  (SBL#153.19-1-19). ***Acres and length of Easement were corrected***

NEW BUSINESS:

1. B. #01-25, Illuminate Health & Wellness, 2784 Southwestern Boulevard, located on the northwest corner of Southwestern Boulevard & Reserve Road, Zoned B-2. Ms. Amy Kotarski is proposing to convert an existing duplex into a medical private practice, and constructing an addition for an entry/vestibule, and 24-parking spaces. Applicant is seeking Conservation Board approval for submitted Landscape Plan. (SBL# 153.06-1-22)
2.   C.B. File#07-25, Excelsior Orthopedics 260 Redtail Road, located in the southwest corner of Windward & Redtail Roads, Zoned I-1. Genesis Development and Construction LLC is seeking to construct a 7,348 square foot addition to an existing medical building, and a parking expansion of three additional parking spaces. Applicant is seeking Conservation Board approval for submitted Landscape Plan. (SBL# 152.18-2-4)
